Return Policy 
Return or refund policy of before and after purchase, topics are as follows:

In term of damage/malfuction is cause from our production/transportation

1. Period - the customer can request an exchange/return of the product within 14 days after receiving the product.
2. Requirements - product return, would be exchanged with the similar product, different product, or just refund.
3. Conditions - the purchased product, price tag, packaging, shipment, receipt, etc. must be suitable for investigation.
4. Customer in charge in terms of packing, shipping the product back to us.
5. We will exchange/return product within 5 -7 official days after receive and investigating product. Then we will in charge in terms of packing, shipping the product.
